Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Converge AI, Inc. ("Converge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit tryconverge.ai or use our AI workflow assistants and related services (the "Service"). It also explains the privacy rights you may have. Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Converge AI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based at 1905 W 36th St, Austin, TX 78731, United States. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@tryconverge.ai.

2. Our two roles: Customer Content and Website and Business Data

Converge serves businesses, mainly insurance brokerages and other professional-services firms ("Business Customers"). We handle personal information in two different roles.

If you are a client of one of our Business Customers, please contact that customer about your information. We will help them respond to your request.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, work email, phone number, company, job title, login credentials, account preferences, messages to us, support tickets, demo and call notes, and billing contact details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

Customer Content. Depending on the workflows a Business Customer sets up, Customer Content can include personal information about that customer's own clients and employees, such as names, contact details, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, business tax IDs, property and vehicle details, policy and claims information, loss history, and financial information. Some documents may also contain health or other sensitive details. We do not ask for these items for our own purposes; they are present because the customer's documents contain them.

Connected accounts. When a customer connects a system such as email or an agency management system, we receive the access tokens and the data permitted by the permissions the customer approves. A customer can revoke access at any time.

Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, in-product activity, logs, and diagnostics.

Business contact data from other sources. For business-to-business outreach, we receive work contact details (name, work email, employer, title) from business data providers, public sources, and referrals.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use them for essential site functions, analytics, security, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

4. How we use AI with your data

5. How we use Website and Business Data

6. How we disclose information

Service providers and subprocessors. We use vendors to run the Service. They may process data only on our instructions and under written agreements that require appropriate security. We will keep this list current on a dedicated subprocessors page and give customers 30 days notice before adding one that handles Customer Content.

Business transfers. If Converge is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Converge, our customers, or others, or to prevent fraud or misuse of the Service.

With consent. We disclose information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction, including at a Business Customer's direction.

7. No sale or advertising sharing

Converge does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Customer Content for advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and offer the opt-outs the law requires.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:

We are working toward SOC 2 certification and will describe our status accurately. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Information is processed in the United States and in other locations where our subprocessors operate. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, such as for data from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.

11. Your choices

Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to privacy@tryconverge.ai. We will stop marketing messages but may still send service, billing, and security notices.

Cookies. Use your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires it. The Service does not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be treated unfairly for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Texas, and other US states with privacy laws, and of the EEA and UK, have rights under those laws. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

How to make a request. Email privacy@tryconverge.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request where the law allows. We respond within 45 days, or within the period your local law requires, and may extend it as permitted.

Requests about Customer Content. Because the Business Customer controls that data, we will direct your request to them and help them fulfil it.

Sensitive information. We use sensitive personal information only as needed to provide and secure the Service, meet legal obligations, and perform our contracts. We do not use it to infer characteristics about individuals.

13. Children's privacy

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Links to other websites

Our Service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give additional notice as the law requires.
